Self-Care is For Everyone
Four-year-old Zachari “Zo” Gant is showing that no one is too young for self-care. Every day, Zo does morning stretches with his mother, Tatiana Gant, and after every shower, he sings, “I’m so fresh and so clean, clean.” It’s little moments like these that bring fun into taking care of oneself.
Gant didn’t want her son to be the only one to experience self-care at a young age, so she and Zo created his first business, Zachari’s Clubhouse, which is a joyful space for kids up to 11 years old to explore wellness, creativity, and confidence through monthly events, self-care kits, books, and more.
Zachari’s Clubhouse is hosting its first-ever FREE youth self-care event, Zo’s Splash & Shine, on July 26, 2025, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. CST at Carmen Park Playfield, located at 7320 West Carmen Ave. in Milwaukee.
“Self-care is a big part of my everyday…[and] I think it’s important for our kids to have that tool,” said Gant. “I just want to make sure we have something for everybody.”
Zo’s Splash & Shine will Feature:
- Water play stations and splash zones
- Kids craft tables
- Book readings of original books co-authored by Zo
- FREE haircuts and princess nail sessions
- FREE food (sliders, fries, and tater tots)
- Play packs from Zachari’s Clubhouse characters
- Live drumming and piano demonstrations

The event is free and open to the public, but an RSVP is required. To RSVP, click here.
An Extension of Mom
Kids are always watching, even when we think they’re not. Zo saw his mother stretching in the morning, so he wanted to do it too. He saw her practicing her breathing, so now he encourages others to do the same when they’re upset or sad. Gant has been intentional about ensuring her son sees her taking care of herself, while making it fun for him to want to do the same for himself.
Zachari’s Clubhouse is the kids’ division of Gant’s business, The Self-Care Club, a sanctuary for wellness, creativity, and self-discovery. The Self-Care Club creates and sells herbal bath soaks and other self-care products, hosts transformative workshops and community events.
“If we don’t know how to take care of ourselves, then what are we going to teach our kids?” asked Gant.
The Self-Care Club doesn’t just focus on one form of self-care.
“Sometimes self-care is screaming, it’s running…everybody’s self-care journey is different,” said Gant.
The journey of self-care is a lifelong one, and businesses like The Self-Care Club and Zachari’s Clubhouse are helping make that journey easier and accessible.
