When Steph Crosley printed her first set of sweatshirts, she never thought there’d be hundreds more. She went from hand delivering to friends to jetting across the city at night for new customers.

Her blog-turned-clothing brand was a reminder that sometimes people should put themselves first. The first design began with black material and white lettering, and it has evolved into a full-on fan-inspired clothing line. From red and leopard print, to pink and pinstripe gold, the merch is fashionable and the message is memorable.
Crosley had created a movement. Everybody is wearing Priority.
“It became so big. People were wearing it for special events, family portraits, birthdays and just daily wear,” Crosley said. “It’s serving its purpose. People are looking to put themselves first, and the shirts and hoodies are just a reminder.”

The brand grew so big that it was time to move from the back of her car to a suite. Priority hosted its flagship grand opening (6815 W. Capitol Dr. STE 303) on March 3, 2020.
“It keeps me from having to keep merch in the car, traveling from this place to that place. We work smarter, not harder, so we got a suite and now we’re here,” Crosley said.
The grand opening event went from 1:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and with an hour left, nearly 100 people had come through the door. Crosley said it was non-stop the minute they opened. New designs were flying off the racks and the community showed out.
There was nothing short of support as fans flocked from the building with paper bags filled with the newest Priority merch. Crosley stayed busy with customers and thanked every person that walked out the door.
Chloe Wright, Crosley’s cousin, came to support her family, but also the brand. She said that besides being fashionable, it was really the message that changed her outlook on life.

“I’ve never treated myself like a priority, and I always put other people before me. So, I feel like her starting this movement has given me a new-found sense of putting myself first,” Wright said. “Priority hit home for a lot of people, and it makes my heart smile that it’s actually being supported, something people can see and relate to.”
“We just continue to grow and I’m so thankful for that,” Crosley said.
